Extensive repair works have to be carried out at the Rhein bridge Hard–Fußach due to its bad condition. Analyses of four different options (repair, repair and new construction of a cycle track with a width of 4 m or 6.5 m respectively, complete new construction) were performed taking the maintenance of traffic and the life cycle costs into account.
