The PPP project consists of a 19 km long 6-lane extension between Triptis–Dittersdorf–Schleiz and a total of 26 km of adjacent, already developed sections. The contractual route of the current project is 45 km long and includes an upgraded and an existing route. The total contract period of the project amounts to 20 years.
